Russell Reece, CPA, Managing Partner

Russell is a founding partner of JRS and heads up the firm's business services group. He specializes in providing accounting and tax advice to the firm's closely held business clients and the individuals who own them. He has a particular interest in consulting and coaching business owners in the day to day decisions of running their businesses in order to achieve both their business and personal goals.

Russell received his B.S. in Finance from Auburn University in 1984.  While employed at Bank of America (formerly Bank South), he received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Georgia State University.  Shortly thereafter, Russell joined the audit staff of Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC).  Russell  is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Russell is an Organizer and sits on the Board of Directors for KeyWorth Bank.  He has also served on the School Ministry Team of Perimeter Christian School and is a member of Perimeter Church.

Russell, his wife Frannie, and their three daughters live in Johns Creek, Georgia.  He enjoys mountain biking, hiking and camping.

Eddie Scott, CPA, Tax Partner 

Eddie joined JRS in 1993 as a tax partner and heads up the firm’s tax services for high net worth and high income individuals.  He specializes in providing proactive tax planning and compliance services for a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, retirees, trusts, estates, and charitable entities.  In addition, he has extensive experience working with high level executives with stock-based compensation including incentive and nonqualified stock options, deferred compensation plans, restricted stock plans, and other compensation benefits.  

Eddie also provides firm leadership in overseeing the firm’s real estate tax services.  His real estate expertise includes providing tax compliance and planning services for real estate investment partnerships, developers, leasing and management groups.
 
Prior to joining JRS, Eddie spent eight years at Ernst & Young in the Tax and Personal Financial Counseling departments.  In recognition of his expertise, Eddie served three years on the editorial board of the best selling Ernst & Young Tax Guide. 
 
Eddie graduated from the University of Georgia in 1985 with both a B.B.A. and Master’s in Accounting with a tax emphasis.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Eddie currently serves on the boards of United World Mission, Incorporated and P.A.C.T. Ministry, Inc. 

Eddie and his wife, Leah, have two daughters and are active members of Perimeter Church in Johns Creek, Georgia.  His hobbies include cycling, international travel, reading, and spending time with his family.

Kerry Clark, CPA, Accounting & Tax Manager

Kerry joined JRS in 1998 after graduating from Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in Accounting.  Kerry specializes in working with small and medium sized businesses and their owners. His industry experience includes providing accounting and tax services for medical practices, professional firms, and closely held businesses. Kerry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Kerry and his wife, Beth, live in Dacula, Georgia. He enjoys golf, college football, and spending time with family and friends. 

Lisa Crissman, CPA, Accounting & Tax Manager

Lisa joined JRS in May of 2000 after completing her B.S. in Accounting from Berry College.  While working with the firm, she earned her Masters of Taxation from Georgia State University.  Lisa manages accounting and tax engagements for closely held businesses and their owners in a variety of industries.  She also uses her organizational and leadership skills to direct many of the firm's operational processes to ensure reliability and competence.  Lisa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Lisa and her husband, Brian, and their son, Hunter, live in Winder, Georgia and are active members of Hebron Baptist Church.  For leisure, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends and scrapbooking.

Anna Davis, CPA, Tax Manager

Anna joined JRS in September, 2005 and works primarily with high net worth individuals, executives, and retirees in providing tax compliance and planning services.  She also manages tax compliance and consulting for many large real estate tax partnerships.  Anna graduated from Auburn University in 2002 with both a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy.  She worked with a CPA firm in Montgomery, Alabama for three years before joining JRS.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia and Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.
 
Anna and her husband, Clayton, and their son, Ty, live in Tucker, Georgia.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, kayaking, and sports.

Chrissie Fontaine, CPA, Audit Manager

Chrissie joined JRS in November, 1995 after serving for seven years in the audit practice of Ernst & Young.  As an audit manager, Chrissie was responsible for the audit of many large manufacturing companies including Coca-Cola Enterprises. Chrissie manages the audit and review engagements at JRS and is involved in other client related projects and agreed upon procedures.
 
Chrissie is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she earned a B.B.A. in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
 
Chrissie and her husband, Lee, have two children, Cole and Erica, and live in Duluth, Georgia.  Chrissie is an active volunteer at her childrens' school and loves spending time with her family.

Andreja Conway, Senior Accountant

Andreja has been with JRS since May, 2004.  Upon obtaining a degree in Finance from the University in Zagreb, Croatia, Andreja worked for Campus Crusade for Christ in Croatia and Bosnia as a student ministry coordinator for more than two years.  In December, 2002 she moved to the United States to marry her husband, Chris, who she met in Sarajevo on a mission trip.

Andreja, Chris and their daughter, Emma, live in Dunwoody, Georgia.  They are active members of The Church of the Redeemer.  In her spare time, Andreja enjoys reading, traveling, playing classical guitar, and developing friendships.

Rebecca Mowen, Senior Accountant
Rebecca joined JRS in July, 2001 after graduating from Berry College with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.  While working, Rebecca received her Masters of Accounting from Kennesaw State University in December, 2006.  She is currently pursuing her certified public accounting certificate.
 
Rebecca and her husband, Michael, and their son, Tatum, live in Woodstock, Georgia.  She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, scrapbooking, and traveling.

Jennifer Hinkle, Staff Accountant 

Jennifer joined JRS in October, 2007 after graduating from Brenau University with a B.A. in Accounting.  Jennifer's work experience includes accounting and tax compliance for individuals and businesses, charitable trust compliance, and working on several audit engagements. Jennifer is pursuing her masters degree in order to sit for the CPA examination.

Jennifer lives in Woodstock, Georgia and enjoys bowling and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.

Joel joined JRS in October, 2006.  He graduated from Georgia State University in May, 2004 with a B.B.A. in Accounting and earned his M.B.A. in Accounting from Kennesaw State University in December, 2006.  Joel recently passed the CPA examination and became certified.
 
Joel and his wife, Christen, live in Cumming, Georgia.  Joel enjoys running, working on cars, and going to the movies.

Reagan Hollis, Office Manager

Reagan joined JRS in November, 2006 and serves as the office manager, providing oversight of the administrative functions, systems and other internal processes of the firm. In addition, she is involved in bill paying services and administration for many clients. 

Reagan and her husband, John, have two children, Abby and Jack.  They live in Cumming, Georgia and enjoy spending time with family and friends, and volunteering in their childrens' sports programs.

Jennifer Howell, Office Administrator

Jennifer joined JRS in October, 2008 and serves as the office administrator. She is responsible for many of the firm's administrative functions.

Jennifer and her husband, Chris, have two children, Chase and Carsyn. They live in Lawrenceville, Georgia and enjoy spending time with friends and family, and camping in their spare time.
